Service Description
Showcase your Cincinnati pride with a custom hook and loop game, featuring laser-cut pieces that you can paint and assemble yourself! Choose between two designs: West Side Cincinnati or The Queen City, and bring a unique touch to your home décor. Perfect for all ages, this simple game not only sparks imagination but also embodies our commitment to stylish, personalized decor. We will have the pieces of the game cut, engraved and organized for you. Paint, markers and other supplies will be available. After you customize your game, we will assist in the assembly. We also have small wood stickers available for you to add landmarks to your map. You can bring snacks, dinner catering, or drinks (including alcohol for ages 21+). We will provide the class materials and instruction, a comfy place to create, Spotify for any music enjoyment you may choose, and a store discount if you would like to shop while you're here.

Cancellation Policy
Booking and Payment Payment: All class bookings require full payment at the time of reservation to secure your spot. Booking Method: Please book your classes through our website booking page. If you need further assistance with booking a class, please reach us via phone [513-717-7070] or email [katie@louandteak.com]. II. Cancellation and Rescheduling Cancellation Policy: Class Cancellations 7 days prior to the scheduled class will result in a 100% refund of your class fee to your original payment method. If you need to cancel less than 7 days but with at least 24 hours notice, 50% of your class fee will be refunded to your original payment method. All class cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled class will result in a forfeit of the class fee. How to Reschedule a class: To reschedule a class, simply cancel and reschedule a new class. Classes can not be "transferred" to another day or time. No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled class without any prior notice will result in a forfeit of 100% of the class fee. III. Refunds and Credits Refunds: Cancellations made within the specified cancellation window will receive a full refund or class credit. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. General Terms Arrival Time: We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time to prepare for the class. Policy Changes: This policy is subject to change.
