Service Description
Our open crafting hours invite you to bring friends and unleash your creativity in a vibrant, communal environment. We're here to make our space uniquely yours. This time includes set-up and clean-up of the classroom that can accommodate up to 8 people. If you leave crafting tools at home, don't worry. I have the basics covered - think scissors, tape, glue, markers, pens, paper... If you need additional accommodations or materials, please reach out to see if they are available. Don't have a project to work on but want to join your friends in a crafting session? Grab one of our many crafting kits for sale in the store and join in on all the fun. You are welcome to bring in any food or drinks you would like (including alcohol for ages 21+).
Cancellation Policy
Booking and Payment Payment: All class bookings require full payment at the time of reservation to secure your spot. Booking Method: Please book your classes through our website booking page. If you need further assistance with booking a class, please reach us via phone [513-717-7070] or email [katie@louandteak.com]. II. Cancellation and Rescheduling Cancellation Policy: Class Cancellations 7 days prior to the scheduled class will result in a 100% refund of your class fee to your original payment method. If you need to cancel less than 7 days but with at least 24 hours notice, 50% of your class fee will be refunded to your original payment method. All class cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled class will result in a forfeit of the class fee. How to Reschedule a class: To reschedule a class, simply cancel and reschedule a new class. Classes can not be "transferred" to another day or time. No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled class without any prior notice will result in a forfeit of 100% of the class fee. III. Refunds and Credits Refunds: Cancellations made within the specified cancellation window will receive a full refund or class credit. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us directly via phone [513-717-7070] or via email [katie@louandteak.com] if you believe an exception should be made due to an emergency or severe weather. IV. General Terms Arrival Time: We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time to prepare for the class. Policy Changes: This policy is subject to change.
