Service Description
Pick your favorite pumpkin and one of our already created designs. The laser will be set up for you and you can push the *START* button. Then watch the magic as your design is transferred to your pumpkin. We will clean and prep your pumpkin for you and then you are free to flex your creativity with markers and other craft supplies that are available in the classroom. Once your spooky masterpiece is done, take it home and tell all your family and friends! Choosing your pumpkin and watching the engrave only takes about 15 minutes total. Designing the rest of your pumpkin can take as little or as long as you'd like. Come into the shop anytime between 1-4 to start your pumpkin. You're welcome to work on your pumpkin and shop while the we are open until 5pm.

Cancellation Policy
Booking and Payment Payment: All class bookings require full payment at the time of reservation to secure your spot. Booking Method: Please book your classes through our website booking page. Cancellation and Rescheduling Cancellation Policy: Class Cancellations 7 days prior to the scheduled class will result in a 100% refund of your class fee to your original payment method. If you need to cancel less than 7 days but with at least 24 hours notice, 50% of your class fee will be refunded to your original payment method. All class cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled class will result in a forfeit of the class fee. How to Reschedule a class: To reschedule a class, simply cancel and reschedule a new class. Classes can not be "transferred" to another day or time. No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled class without any prior notice will result in a forfeit of 100% of the class fee. III. Refunds and Credits Refunds: Cancellations made within the specified cancellation window will receive a full refund or class credit. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. General Terms Arrival Time: We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time to prepare for the class. Policy Changes: This policy is subject to change.
